For the best estimate, we recommend measuring the circumference of your wrist with fashion measuring tape to get an accurate guide. Keep in mind whether you would like a tight or loose fit, as this will affect the size you may desire.

Extra small: 13" -  petite frame (tighter fit around neck)

Small: 14" - average frame (comfortable fit around neck)

Medium: 16" - average frame (looser fit around base of throat)

Large: 18" - larger frame (loose fit around collarbone)
